Peugeot 208 Rally4 takes podium on UK debut

It's been a long time coming.
The Peugeot Sport 208 Rally4 is one of the fastest selling rally cars in Europe and, thanks to some supply issues that have effected the entire motor industry (microchips - believe it or not), its been a longer than anticipated wait for the car to hit the stages in the UK.

Peter and Richard Stewart were the lucky recipients of two of the very first examples to land in the mainland UK and, despite only taking deliveryfrom the factory the week before, their team readied the cars for the RSAC Scottish Rally.
And, after five stages of rough, gruelling rallying which was spread across a lengthy day - the Peugeot 208 Rally4 secured an very impressive result indeed - scooping second 2WD and 18th overall - against much more powerful machinery in the hands of Peter Stewart and Harry Marchbank.
Richard Stewart and Carin Tate Logan also enjoyed a strong finish in the sister car ensuring a positive start to the Peugeot 208 Rally4's career in the UK.
