Job Vacancy - Parts Sales Advisor

Due to continued expansion, RACE & RALLY, Belfast is looking to recruit a talented, competitive and self -motivated professional for a newly created Parts Advisor position for their busy premises in Carryduff.

Candidates must have the ability to work in a busy environment, become a key team member and enjoy interaction with customers. They must also be able to work autonomously using their own initiative in a fast paced business. A friendly and engaging personality is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• Automotive/Motorsport background in Parts and/or Sales
• Strong communication skills.
• IT Literate - process invoices, stock control, website maintenance etc.
• Technical/hands on ability/background.
• Hands on attitude.
• Complete sales through email, telephone, website and customer facing showroom.
• Offer purchase advice and explore full product line with customer
• Be proficient in stock management, ordering of stock and deal with suppliers from across the globe
• Answer phone calls, providing quotations, follow up sales leads and other information.
• Be able to provide the highest possible level of customer service and conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional company image.
• Have a flexible approach to work and be able to commit to some weekend work as and when required.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-6, Fri- 9-5

Driving license essential

Must be fully flexible to travel to events at weekends. Pay based on experience.
Peugeot/Citroen or another dealership experience a plus. Motorsport background would be an advantage.
