Meet the Race & Rally Team - Clarise Crozier

It's been an extremely busy few years for Race and Rally and we have been hard at work behind the scenes expanding our workforce to cope with the increase in demand. We have always been proud of our customer service and attention to detail, so when it came to recruiting a new Sales Advisor to help the team, we thought it may be a tough ask to find someone that fitted the bill.
But in fact, perfect for the role was Clarise Crozier, and we caught up with her for a chat.
What do you do at R&R?
I am one of the Parts Sales Advisors. This means that I am usually the one that picks up the office phone, attempts to find the solution to a customer’s enquiry and then process the order through to the warehouse or supplier. I also keep a check on orders purchased online and make sure that they are processed quickly, correctly and to the customers satisfaction!
Tell us about your typical day?
A typical day? No one day is ever the same in the R&R HQ! There is always new orders, new customers, and a range of new parts coming through the door. I like to assure that all orders are processed in time for couriers and all housekeeping jobs are completed. I also make sure the flow of teas and coffees reach the boys. [Anyone that puts this in a response has a job for life - ed].
What are your interests in motorsport / does the family have a connection to the sport?
My biggest interest in Motorsport has to be rallying , this has came from the family business which is a rally car preparation company. I’ve been around the rally scene from no age, toddling about the service park! My dad is my biggest inspiration in motorsport, as I’ve seen him compete and mechanic at rally cars my entire life. Being able to go along and grow up in this action - packed, fun and friendly environment has been an absolute dream and I’ve loved every minute of it!
Do you compete yourself?
Unfortunately I do not compete - yet! I would love to be able to though and experience the adrenaline rush of every race before each stage and after - on the podium! I’m a bit biased but I would love to rally. I think it is such an intense but fantastic sport and would love to be in the seat behind the steering wheel!
With the right service team, sponsorship and parts supplier [that a hint? - ed], I think I would do quite well!
The thing you are looking forward to the most working with R&R?
Working in a job with a motorsport atmosphere is great. I am so excited to be able to build and expand my knowledge across the board and progress myself up in the motorsport industry. Liaising with familiar faces everyday and being component of delivering work I am so proud and passionate to be apart of!
