Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please call 028 9521 33353.

If your goods are missing parts or found to be faulty then please contact us immediately on 028 9521 33353. Please Note: You must report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Race and Rally hope that you will be happy with your purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our web site for a refund. This does not apply to personalised items, special orders and items made to your specification. More info can be found: http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

In addition, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders must be cancelled within 14 days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered by contacting 028 9521 3335 quoting your order number. Race and Rally will be able to arrange collection for the items although there would be a charge for this.
  • All returns need authorised by Race and Rally prior to return.  Please contact us via e-mail for details.  If you send goods back without prior authorisation this may delay/invalidate your refund.
  • Goods must be returned in their original unspoilt condition; this includes being unused, not fitted or used in any way, suitable for resale and in their original packaging.
  • We are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs.
  • We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been inspected.
  • All goods should be suitably wrapped/packaged to make certain of safe handling and to protect them during transit. Goods must be returned using a delivery service that obtains a signature on delivery.  Without proof of delivery we cannot consider replacing or refunding items lost in transit back to our premises.
  • We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the item if not suitably packaged when returned.
  • Race and Rally reserve the right to impose a handling charge on all correctly supplied goods returned

Special Orders

Special order items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. Your legal rights are not affected.

Damaged in Transit (DIT):

Race and Rally only uses well-respected transportation firms to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us on 028 9521 33353.

  • Please inspect items before signing for them from any courier service.  Any damage should be noted as an exception to the courier.  Items accepted/signed for without notifying the courier of damage cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • You must contact us by phone immediately so that we may make a claim on your behalf with the courier.
  •  Your legal rights are not affected.

If there is a fault or missing parts:

Every effort is made to ensure all products reach you in full working order.

However, if there is an issue with the item, please contact Race and Rally on 028 9521 3335 immediately quoting your invoice number.

  • Race and Rally may
    • Deliver a replacement free of charge, or
    • Refund the price you paid for the goods if replacement is not required.
  • We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been inspected.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and contact details with the returned goods.
  • Any fluids must be fully drained prior to collection or the item may be refused.
  • Your legal rights are not affected

In the event that a product you purchased online develops a fault during its guarantee period (dealt with by the manufacturer), we may offer repair, exchange or refund as appropriate. Your legal rights are not affected.

Refunds:

Refunds only be made to the same method of payment as your original purchase within 30 days of the transaction date.
