Parts & Warehouse Operative - Lisburn Store

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Parts & Warehouse Operative to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Parts Warehouse in Lisburn, near Belfast. This role is central to delivering a high standard of service to both customers and internal sales teams, ensuring parts are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Working Hours
-
Monday – Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
-
Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
-
Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities
-
Pick, pack, and dispatch parts accurately for customers and the sales team
-
Receive deliveries from suppliers, checking quality and accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
-
Store parts in the correct bin locations to maintain efficient stock control
-
Process returns promptly and accurately to maintain data integrity within internal IT systems
-
Carry out general warehouse duties to ensure space is used effectively
-
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and recycling within the warehouse
-
Support colleagues across the team and provide cover during periods of absence
-
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment
-
Act as a positive ambassador for the company when interacting with customers and suppliers
-
Attend and actively contribute to departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Carry out servicing of motorsport fire extinguishers and creation of bespoke motorsport hoses - full training will be given.
About You
-
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
-
Previous experience in a warehouse or parts environment
-
Confident using IT systems, particularly for stock management
-
Well organised with strong communication skills
-
Comfortable working as part of a team and supporting others when required
-
Flexible and willing to travel to events across the UK and Ireland when needed
-
Full UK driving licence (essential)
-
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
-
A background or interest in motorsport would be an advantage
Salary
Dependant on Experience.
