
CP6859 - Concentric Slave Cylinder
The CP6859 series of concentric slave cylinders offer a lightweight forged Aluminium body and are hydraulically self contained unit with high temperature seals.
All sealing surface are protected by a hard wearing / low friction coating which helps prolong seal life.

- Hydraulic port geometry and thread now M10x1.00 (CP6859) was M12x1.00 (CP3959)
- Reduced port height, now 44.92mm (CP6859) was 59.12mm (CP3959)

Bearing Configurations:
- Bearing Configuration 1: (18mm Stroke) - Inner Race Rotating
This slave cylinder configuration features the bearing housed in the piston via the outer race and the inner race rotates. This configuration is suitable for high speed appliations. - Bearing Configuration 2: (12mm Stroke) - Outer Race Rotating
This slave cylinder configuration features a shortened stroke to reduce the overall slave cylinder body length. The bearing is housed on the piston via the inner race and the outer race rotates. - Bearing Configuration 3: (12mm Stroke) - Inner Race Rotating
This slave cylinder configuration features a shortened stroke to reduce the overall slave cylinder body length. The bearing is housed in the piston via the outer race. The inner race rotates, suitable for high speed applications. - Bearing Configuration 4: (18mm Stroke) - Flat Fulcrum Bearing
This bearing is housed in the piston via the outer race with the inner race rotating, suitable for high speed applications. - Bearing Configuration 5: (18mm Stroke) - Outer Race Rotating (CP6859-54-OUT)
The bearing is housed on the piston via the inner race with the outer race rotating.

Installation
Ensure that the unit is installed in the correct position, with the bleed port uppermost as shown in the installation drawings. All fittings intended to seat at the bottom of the hydraulic ports must have an included angle of 90°.
Notes
When large diameter splines are used please check clearance of the spline in the slave cylinder body. Larger splines also have an increased driven plates hub boss. Please check the clearance of the driven plates at maximum slave travel. See the clutch installation drawing for details.
