Advanced Racing Seat

Atech's Carbon RS8 race seat has passed the FIA's stringent requirements and tests to fully comply with the latest FIA 8862-2009 approval. Designed for the new gereration car, WRC and R5, and idealy suited for drivers up to 185cm, its ergonomic design allows a large integration in cars.

The aim of this new FIA 8862-2009 seat standard is to advance the strength and support during rear impacts together with more extensive support to the pelvis, shoulder and head during side impacts in excess of the previous FIA 8855-1999 standard.
