In order to increase the operating speed of the windshield wipers of your C3Rally2 and thus increase visibility in heavy rain, a wired booster is now available.

904968098A x 1 - Wiper Booster Loom

The booster is fitted between the connector of the front left accessory loom and the wiper motor connector. The installation of this booster and its specific mapping allows access to 2 scanning speeds according to the operation below:

1 st push = Fast ➔ 2nd push = Slow ➔ 3rd push = Stop

Before installation, it is necessary to check if the front left accessory loom is compatible with the boost:

1. The loom has only 3 wires at the “Moteur E-G” connector, only the fast speed will be available ➔ no need for mapping.
2. The loom has 4 wires at the “Moteur E-G” connector ➔ before uploading the mapping, activate the wiper and check that the +12V comes from pin 1.

a) Yes ➔ No modification to be made.

b) No ➔ Invert pins 1 and 2 to have +12V on pin 1.

In case (2), a specific mapping "Boost_ESG_Soft_V2.clx" must be sent to the ECU to have both speeds. It is possible to come back to a single speed with the mapping "ESG_Standard_Soft.clx".
