Race and Rally are the official 3MO Performance Distributor for United Kingdom and Ireland.

Based in Laval (France), 3MO Performance was born, 15 years ago, from the passion and expertise of Stéphane Rogeon, engineer in the automobile sector and rally driver for more than 20 years. He created 3MO Performance to raise the customer's position in an industry often judged as too impersonal and to make the customer relationship a priority. To this end, he took over the company 3MO (ERMO Group) of which the principal activity was centred on the fabrication of thermoplastic injection moulds, then diversified itself with machining and engineering services, project management, small-sized and medium series of injection; which all are competencies useful to the production of gearboxes.

In 2008, 3MO Performance, motorsport and automotive transmission specialist, is therefore created. The activity lies, henceforth, on solid industrial skills and resources, strong engineering and technologic knowledge and an indisputable experience and passion for the motorsport and automotive.

In 2015, the Foundry Domfrontaise is bought to improve foundry casings sourcing and develop new activities: reverse casings engineering and production, prototype foundry, specific parts, etc.

Throughout our history, thousands of sets have been assembled thanks to :
- The control of precise and competitive processes
- Historical and groundbreaking knowledge and technologies
Indeed, our teams are highly qualified and are provided with premium material and technologic resources to create products of high quality. We cooperate with manufacturers and private companies that appear among the most prestigious in the world. Proof of our constant development, we recently provided the Formula 1, the aviation industry and the military sector with transmission solutions.

In order to grow with our time through mobility issues, it became obvious for us to design, develop and produce gearbox sets for the promising market of electric vehicles. To do that, we developed our own on the shelf range of reducers (fixed ratio and multi-speed) and we develop a daily basis solutions that answer ever-increasing specific demands, for motorsport and automotive applications.

- In 2017, 3MO start a diversification of the designated markets supplying transfer box and hydride installation kit for Defence interceptor vehicles.
- 2018 is the year of the start of production of a OEM Electric Van reducer, with a target of several thousands of parts per year.
- 2019 will see the start of electric aeronautical projects (horizontal propeller drones).
- 2020 will be marked by the opening of a 3rd factory, totally dedicated to the assembly lines of our transmissions.
- 2022 will see the first electric naval transmission project start.

To sum, every day, we design, produce and market transmission solutions for all light vehicles with a precise goal in mind: to best satisfy your needs by offering you local customer service and our global expertise.
