These robust filters are the standard fit for most competition cars around the world. The sausage version is used where the standard box shaped filter will not fit within the available space.

ITG use a three-layer "Trifoam' system, with the outer two layers of foam providing optimum filtration and load-up capacity whilst the inner layer is made from special self-extinguishing foam. These three layers combined give the very best air flow, engine protection and safety.

The ITG JC50 Sausage Air Filters are available in differing heights to help fitment for your application. ITG recommend fitting the tallest element possible, though a gap of 13mm (1/2") average must be left over the top of the filter for air to circulate. When using Ram pipes, there must be an absolute minimum gap of 19mm (3/4"), but preferably around 32mm (1 1/4") between the end of the ram pipe and the underside of the top of the filter.
